This pretty 60m2 gîte in a residential building can accommodate 6 people (4 adults and 2 children).

Located in a secure residence with a private parking space, you'll be able to enjoy this atypical house and its outdoor spaces to the full.

When you step inside, you'll discover a lovely 20m2 enclosed patio equipped with an outdoor shower. This leads to the first night space, with a large double bedroom (140x190cm bed, air conditioning, TV), a mezzanine ideal for children with two 80cm single beds, and a first bathroom with shower, toilet and plenty of storage space.

On the other side of the patio, you'll reach the main building. Here you'll find a large entrance hall with plenty of cupboard space, the second bedroom (bed 140x190cm, air-conditioning), the second bathroom and separate WC.

The living areas are upstairs. You'll enjoy a large living room with a fully equipped kitchen (oven, microwave, fridge, freezer, coffee machine and all kitchen utensils). The main room opens onto a balcony (plancha, dining area) with a view of the sea.

The accommodation is child-friendly and equipped with everything you need (beach games, baby equipment, etc.).

For your comfort, the gîte is equipped with air conditioning, TV and washing machine.

End-of-stay cleaning is included in the rental price. Sheets and towels are optional.

TOURIST ATTRACTIONS :
Immediate access to Plage de la Plagette, the famous Plage de la Conque and the port center.
All shops are downstairs from the residence.

Close to Marseillan, Sète, Etang de Thau (oyster beds), Béziers, Pézenas, Canal du Midi, water sports, beaches.
