Semi-detached quiet gite raised on 2 levels in a house situated 3 kms from Canal du Midi and village centre. Ground floor : living room / kitchen area (24 m²), lounge area. 1st floor : bedrm 1 (1 bed 160x200 cm), bedrm 2 (2 sgle beds), shower/wc for each bedrm. Electric heating, equipment for baby, bed linen and towels rental, final cleaning on request.
Terrace (30 m²), garden furniture, bbq, shared grounds (200 m²), table tennis. Private parking. The owner accepts pets only on request.
Surface area : 70 m².
Depending on weather conditions and availability of the owners, possibility of sea trips on the owners' boat
TOURIST ATTRACTIONS : vineyard of St Chinian, Faugères, Minerve. Cycling along Canal du Midi, Béziers (cathedral, feria in august), Pézenas (city of Molière, festivals, craft industry).

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte spacieux et bien aménagé, rien ne manque, un gros coup de cœur pour la mezzanine où notre petit-fils a passé de grands moments au milieu des livres, des jeux et des jouets. Les boissons fraiches et les petits gâteaux ont été bien apprécié à notre arrivée.
Le gîte est au milieu des vignes, des oliviers, des coquelicots (avril) ! Il est idéalement placé entre Béziers et Narbonne, sans oublier le beau village de Capestang et le canal du Midi. Nous gardons un excellent souvenir de ce séjour, mais une semaine, ça passe trop vite !!

4/5Gîte très spacieux et très bien aménagé. Situé vraiment au coeur des vignes et d'une belle région. Propriétaires disponibles et accueillants ( boissons , gâteaux). Il ne faut pas être gênés par leur présence voisine et aimer les animaux ( 🐕 🐈 perruche). Pas de commerces sur place. Gîte non destiné aux petits budgets.
