Cable Car LUCHON-SUPERBAGNERES closed
The gondola connecting the city of Luchon to the ski resort Superbagnères is currently under construction and therefore closed. Access to the resortis only possible with “light” vehicles. For details please refer to www.haute-garonne-montagne.com
Reminder: in the mountain zone, it is compulsory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or to have chains or snow socks (until 31/03/2023)
Are you dreaming of a ski getaway, hiking in the mountains, breathing in the fresh air or simply a cocooning holiday? In a peaceful corner of the town but close to the centre of Luchon, this large house on 3 levels with its enclosed garden will be the ideal place! For 10/12 people with 4 bedrooms, 4 shower rooms and 4 toilets. Wifi internet access. Pets not allowed.
The location in the heart of the city allows you to shop and enjoy many activities without having to use the car. You will have access to: to the thermal baths, to the restaurants, to the shops, to the market, to the tourist service providers (bicycle rental, gliding, paragliding). You will also be close to many activities and places to visit: Badech lake at 1km (golf, walking), Saint-Mamet climbing spot at 2km, Luchon Equitation at 4km, Antignac base (rafting, canoeing) at 6km, Lac d'Oô hiking at 13km (canyoning), Superbagnères, Peyragudes and Bourg d'Oueil ski resorts at 15km, Pyrénés-Hô leisure and adventure park at 18km, Saint-Bertrand-de-Comminges at 34km (favourite village of the French) and Montréjeau (train station and swimming lake) at 40km. In the centre of Luchon, there is an electric recharging station for cars on the Allées d'Etigny. For cyclists, you are at the foot of all the mythical passes of the Tour de France which cross Luchon every year. The villa has no private parking but it is possible to park on the street or in the streets nearby.
You will be seduced by the cosy layout of this villa with its enclosed garden (garden furniture, plancha). On the ground floor, an entrance hall with a nice staircase leading on one side to a large dining room, a fully equipped kitchen, a small shower room with WC and on the other side of the staircase: a bedroom fitted out as a studio with a small bedroom (1 double bed 140cm) and its living room with a kitchenette and a single bed 90cm and a small shower room (shower, basin and WC). A ski room, storage space and a washing machine.
On the first floor: a large cosy living room with 3 sofas, one of which converts to a 140cm double bed, and armchairs. A bedroom fitted out as a studio with 1 double bed (140cm) and a kitchenette, a separate toilet and a shower room (shower and washbasin).
On the 2nd floor with sloping ceiling: a bedroom with 1 single bed (120cm) and 2 bunk beds for 1 person (90cm), a bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm) with a small kitchenette, a shower room (small shower, washbasin and WC).
Electric heating. Wifi internet access. Non-smoking gîte.
The price includes: water, subscriptions, electricity up to 8kWh/day, household linen (tea towels, potholders), bed linen.
The price does not include: electricity according to consumption beyond 8kWh/day (including heating): 0.20€/kWh (possible increase according to EDF rate), bathroom linen: 8€/person/change, end of stay cleaning: 150€.
