This guest house, located in a very quiet residential area, invites you to discover Toulouse and its surroundings in complete peace and quiet. You will be warmly welcomed near the pretty and dynamic town center of Castanet-Tolosan, all amenities, and will have access to the garden with terrace and the veranda (spa available to guests from May to September ). Parking in the enclosed courtyard and possibility of storing bicycles and motorcycles in the garage.
Access to our summer kitchen (gas stove, washing machine, dryer).

1.5km from the Canal du Midi, 10km from Toulouse (metro 3km and bus 300m). Facilities for hikers or cyclists.

House arranged on 2 levels:
- on the ground floor: independent entrance via a reception room (microwave, table and crockery available to guests).
- on the first floor: family room in the attic composed of 2 bedrooms (one with 1 double bed 160 x 200) (the other with 2 single beds 120cm) separated by a private living room (sofa convertible into 140cm), TV , courtesy tray and shower room/WC.
Reversible air conditioning in the bedrooms. Wifi and baby equipment.

Prices: 70€ for one person, 85€ for two, 105€ for 2 people occupying both rooms, 115€ for 3 people, 140€ for 4, 160€ for 5. No one will be welcomed at the same time as you. The whole apartment is therefore for you.
