On the slopes of Volvestre, you will be 15km from Rieux-Volvestre (one of the most beautiful detours in France), Montesquieu-Volvestre (the Bistrot d'Armand, a gastronomic reference) and Carbonne (Source Wake Park, Garonne river ) ; 20km from Montbrun-Bocage (market and artisans) and 57km south of Toulouse. You will also be at the gates of the Ariège department: the fishing lake of Saint-Ybars is 6km away, the artist village of Carla-Bayle is 16km away, and a little further, you can discover: the cave of Mas d'Azil, the underground river of Labouiche, Foix and Saint-Girons.

On the ground floor: large open room with an integrated kitchen, a dining area and a living room accessible by two steps, separate WC. On the first floor: 2 bedrooms (160cm double bed with private shower room), bathroom with WC. On the second floor, accessible by a somewhat steep staircase: an attic bedroom (4 single beds 90cm). The cottage is decorated with works by a local artist. Wood central heating.

This old farm, made up of two gîtes and a dwelling, has been renovated mainly with natural and healthy materials (lime coatings, hemp insulation, terracotta, etc.) in order to respect its architecture and the environment.
