The gondola connecting the city of Luchon to the ski resort Superbagnères is currently under construction and therefore closed. Access to the resortis only possible with “light” vehicles. For details please refer to www.haute-garonne-montagne.com

Reminder: in the mountain zone, it is compulsory to equip your vehicle with winter tires or to have chains or snow socks (until 31/03/2023)

Guest house with 5 rooms for 15 people. Shared garden. Pets allowed with supplement. Internet access. Playground for children. A campsite with 6 pitches and a wooden chalet for 3 people are also present on the site. Restaurant on site (breakfast and evening meal served).

In the middle of nature, surrounded by beech forests, this former hotel located at the top of the Col des Ares, is now the guest house where Laeticia and Stefan welcome you all year round, for peaceful stays in complete serenity. Five large rooms await you in this magnificent and preserved Pyrenean setting, whether you are a couple, a family with your children, a group or friends! The building is situated on a large enclosed plot of land. Terrace, children's playground, parking.

You can also take advantage of the many activities offered by Stefan, holder of a BE in rafting, canyoning and climbing (from mid-May to the end of September, on the basis of a minimum of 4 people, equipment being provided). Walks and hikes on site.

The house is arranged on 3 levels. On the ground floor: a large living room where breakfast and table d'hôtes meals are served, and a lounge area by the fire. On the first floor: billiard room (with a small model for children!), Rocher room (2 single beds 90cm which can be twinned + 2 single beds 90cm), Conscience room with private balcony (2 single beds 90cm which can be twinned + 1 single bed 90cm + possibility of an extra bed). On the second floor: Forest room (2 single beds 90cm which can be twinned), Water room (2 single beds 90cm which can be twinned), Snow room (2 single beds 90cm which can be twinned + 1 single bed 90cm). All the rooms are equipped with private and communicating shower rooms and toilets. The Neige and Rocher rooms are classified as 2 épis because of their older sanitary facilities.
