It is in a bucolic setting and in an old farm entirely restored that we Dommy and Danny, will welcome you to the Gîte du Domaine de la Fée de l'eau (Label Gîtes de France 3 Épis). Our spacious gîte of 150m² with a private swimming pool of 10m x 5m, a large wooded and flowery ground, will allow you to recharge your batteries while taking advantage of the Lauragais country setting. Green holidays are guaranteed. Adjacent to our house but not overlooked, this bright house will allow you to meet with family or friends while being close to major tourist sites: Château de Loubens-Lauragais at 20km as well as Avignonet-Lauragais (craftsmen's market in summer); Villefranche-Lauragais at 25km (train station, cruise on the Canal du Midi); and you are in the centre of the tourist triangle Toulouse (50km), Carcassonne (Aude department, 55km) and Castres (Tarn department, 33km).
On the ground floor: entrance through the living room, open kitchen (American kitchen equipped with gas hob, oven, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer, ironing board and iron, microwave, fridge, freezer, toaster, coffee machine, high chair and cot), living/dining room, WC, shower room, "Nature" bedroom: 1 double king size bed with TV, giving access to its covered terrace with small garden furniture. On the first floor: "Studio" room with 1 double king size bed, "Blanche" room (accessible according to the composition of the family): 1 double king size bed, 1 double bed 140*190cm, 1 single bed 90cm, bathroom (shower), independent WC, "La Danseuse" room 1 double king size bed and room "Le Studio" : 1 double king size bed 180x200. Please note that for professional rentals, the king size beds can be separated into 2 single beds.
The price includes: electricity up to 8 kWh/day, water, gas, subscriptions, household linen (tea towels, table cloths, towels).
The price does not include : deposit : 500€ / stay, 10€/day extra per animal, electricity beyond 8 kWh / day : at the price of the KWh in force (including heating), bed linen : 15€ 1 person/18€ 2 persons/bed/change, bathroom linen (+swimming pool towel) : 13€/person/change and end of stay cleaning : 110€.
TELEWORKING : a desk, an armchair, a lamp (extension cord and multi-socket on request) and a high-speed Internet connection (wifi) as well as 4G telephone coverage (operators: Orange, SFR, Free) are available.
