The owners, Laurent and Mathieu, have made a point of renovating the apartment, using ecological, healthy and local materials, such as wood wool for insulation and log bedsides, shelves and the wooden washbasin from Laurent's family sawmill. The household and beauty products at your disposal are also environmentally friendly and certified organic. As for the decoration, it invites you to travel and discover the Ville Rose, its lifestyle and its particular vocabulary .... Studio of 37m2, located on the second floor of a toulousaine said with high heels, of 1870, typical of Toulouse, with the protected frontage, the Toulousaine of the Bridge of the Minimes, proposes an entry to you with door-coats, arranges shoes and utensils of household; a living room with a well-equipped kitchen (refrigerator-freezer, dishwasher, 3 induction hotplates, oven, microwave, coffee pods, French coffee maker and tea maker, kettle, toaster, raclette machine, Monsieur Cuisine SilverCrest), dining area and lounge area (flat screen Smart TV with Netflix and Molotov, sofa and coffee table); a shower room with a natural terracotta wall reminiscent of Toulouse brick, a basin and a toilet; and a sleeping area separated by a curtain and a glass roof, with a double bed (160*200cm), a desk and a closet with a washing machine.
