Located in a hamlet between Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne, this former farm has been renovated to welcome you and make you enjoy the tourist riches of this region (Revel bastide, Saint-Ferréol lake, Canal du Midi, Montagne Noire ... ). Large unfenced lot. Cottage adjoining the owners' home. Cellar and parking. Next to the aerodrome.
This small nest is located on the first floor, above the cellar. On the first floor : living room with American kitchen (bar), lounge area (possibility of extra sleeping with a sofa bed for 2 person in 140cm). On the second floor in the attic : mezzanine bedroom (1 double bed in 160cm), en-suite shower room / WC. Electric heating.
The price includes : electricity up to 8kWh / day, water, subscriptions, sheets, towels, household linen.
The price does not include : electricity according to consumption beyond 8kWh / day : 0.1984 € / kWh, end of stay cleaning : 30 €, tourist tax.
