When you book this accommodation, you will find yourself in an exceptional place, full of history, and in an extraordinary natural environment. Far from the worries of everyday life and the city, you will spend your days lounging by your private swimming pool, and you will be able to appreciate the numerous animals from your terrace: wild boars, deer, mouftons... Many activities are possible on the spot, but also nearby: the TransGarona cycling route passes 2km from the estate (36km stretch between Martres-Tolosane - Saint-Gaudens) and the ViaGarona route, on foot, 5km away (18km stretch between Martres-Tolosane and Castillon-de-Saint-Martory) ; Salies-du-Salat (casino, golf course and thermal baths) is 5km away, Martres-Tolosane (earthenware and museum) is 8km away, Cazères (water sports centre) is 13km away and Saint-Girons (Ariège department) is 37km away. All amenities (restaurants, shops and train station) are in Boussens, 5km away.
Gîte of 140m2, divided into 2 equal flats of 70m2, superimposed, not communicating, each accessible from the outside and proposed in the same way: a 30m2 living room with a sitting area (sofa, TV, internet), a dining area and a fully equipped kitchen (4 induction hobs, pyrolysis oven, fridge-freezer, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pods), 3 bedrooms (1 double bed 160*200cm)(2 single beds 90*200)(2 single beds 90*200) and a shower room with shower and WC. A dining room/playroom is accessible from outside and consists of a table with 12 chairs and games. A washing machine is available in the outbuilding adjoining the gîte. Electric heating in the bedrooms and air conditioning in the living room. Parking space in front of the gîte. Garden furniture, lounge, deckchairs and barbecue.
The price includes: electricity, heating, internet, household linen and cleaning at the end of your stay (150€, invoiced obligatorily in the contract)
