- on the ground floor: large air-conditioned living room with an integrated kitchen, dining area, living room with 2 sofas (including 1 convertible to 140cm) and a (120cm flat screen TV with Netflix); 2 bedrooms with 1 bed for 2 people 160*200cm; a desk ; a bathroom (walk-in shower) and 1 separate toilet.
- on the first floor, steep and narrow staircase, there is a third air-conditioned bedroom on the mezzanine with 1 bed for 2 people 160*200cm, 1 bed for 1 person 90*200cm.
Enclosed garden and terrace covered with a pergola (plancha and deckchairs). Electric heating and reversible air conditioning in the living room and the bedroom on the first floor. Parking shelter for 1 car. Enclosed parking for 3 cars (parking with surveillance camera).
