Located in the countryside, outside the small village of Saint-Thomas, this very recent wooden frame house was built to welcome you! The wooden frame is an ecological and economical construction: low CO2 emissions, 12 times more insulating than concrete, warm and welcoming house. Nothing has been left to chance for your comfort and to minimize the impact of this activity on the planet; materials and heating methods have been carefully chosen from an eco-responsible perspective. The house benefits from a gravelled courtyard at the front where cars can be parked and an enclosed grassy garden at the rear.
From the cottage, it will be easy for you to reach the hiking trails set up on site. For walks and fishing, Sainte-Foy-de-Peyrolières lake 5 km away. Swimming pool and shops in Saint-Lys, 7 km. Téoula golf course and African Safari zoo in Plaisance-du-Touch, 15km away. Toulouse, the Cité de l'Espace, the Halle des Machines, Aéroscopia... and the cultural and lively life of this regional metropolis, capital of Occitanie, only 40km away.

Entrance, pantry/laundry room, large living room offering an American kitchen with its dining area, and a lounge area with its pellet stove, protected by a barrier. On one side of the living room: 2 bedrooms for 2 people (2 80cm single beds that can be combined in each) and a bathroom/WC. On the other side: 1 bedroom (2 twin 80cm single beds + 1 90cm single bed), bathroom, separate WC with hand basin. Enclosed garden, covered terrace and private courtyard. The owners, Sébastien and Carole, live in the house next door, at the same address.
Arrivals between 4 p.m. and 6 p.m. and departures before 11 a.m.

TELEWORK: provision of a desk, a lamp (proximity to an electrical outlet for connecting a laptop, extension cord and power strip on request). High-speed Internet connection (wifi). 4G telephone coverage (operator: SFR).
