Gîte La Mouline Sud

The Gîte "La Mouline Sud" is first and foremost a soul ..... A French art of living, proposed by an American and a Lithuanian, a couple of owners who will share the sweetness of life with you of this magical place. A resplendent view of the Pyrenees, a 200-meter-long garden, a swimming pool, a bowling alley and a small fitness room will be at your disposal. Madame, a former professional marathoner, will be able to concoct an adapted training program as well as a healthy and balanced diet. Here, everything is homemade since the garden has many fruity trees and vegetables. Monsieur will show you the many hiking trails and bike rides at the Lauragais, accessible from the gîte.

From "La Mouline Sud" you will be: 5km from Saint-Félix-Lauragais (Cocagne festival, restaurants and grocery store), 10km from Revel-Saint-Ferréol (one of the most beautiful detours and the most beautiful markets in France, craft village, swimming lake with water games, Canal du Midi museum), 15km from Loubens-Lauragais Castle, 21km from Avignonet-Lauragais (summer craft market), 35km from Castres and less than 1 hour by car from Toulouse, Albi and Carcassonne, the main tourist points of interest in the Occitanie region.

Single storey gîte of 80m2, adjoining the owners' house, with a laundry room (washing machine) at the entrance then a living room with a living room (fireplace, sofa, armchairs, coffee table), a corner meals and a kitchen (fridge-freezer, 4 gas hobs and a microwave oven), 2 bedrooms (1 bed for 2 people in 140 * 190cm) (2 beds for 1 people, can be twinned, in 90 * 190cm) and a bathroom (spa shower cubicle, WC, bidet and basin). Electric heating. Internet WIFI. No TV. Terraces at the front with barbecue and garden furniture, and at the rear with relaxation lounge. Loans of bicycles. Gym room in the garden chalet. 

The price includes all charges (subscriptions, electricity, heating, wood and internet) and options (household linen, towels, bed linen and end-of-stay cleaning).
