A small enclosed garden occupies the front of the door. Private parking area. Bagnères-de-Luchon is 10km away (skiing, thermal baths, bike rental, cinema, lake, golf, horse riding, rafting, canoeing) as is hiking on Lake Oô and the ski resort of Peyragudes.
Ground floor: entrance, dining room with kitchen area, 3-burner gas hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with mini freezer, dishwasher, adjoining pantry, washing machine, gas boiler for the sanitary water and heating, gas meter.
