On a 500-hectare estate (the largest in the Haute-Garonne department): hikes, bike rides and fishing lake (fed by the estate's stream on site (black bass fish).
Far from the worries of everyday life and the city, you will spend your days lounging by your private swimming pool, and you will be able to appreciate the many animals from your terrace: wild boars, deer, mouflons... Many activities are therefore possible on place, but also nearby: the TransGarona bike route passes 2km from the area (36km section between Martres-Tolosane - Saint-Gaudens) and the ViaGarona route, on foot, 5km (18km section between Martres- Tolosane and Castillon-de-Saint-Martory); Salies-du-Salat (casino, golf course and thermal baths) is 5km away, Martres-Tolosane (earthenware and museum) is 8km away; Cazères (nautical base) is 13km away and Saint-Girons (department of Ariège) is 37km away. All amenities (restaurants, shops and train station) are in Boussens, 5km away.
