This gîte, 6 people, 3 ears of corn, fully air-conditioned, has been renovated while mixing traditional and contemporary, facing south with a view of the Pyrenees, it has a wooded park (deer), a common pool (10x4m) and a gym. Joint ownership by the owners.

Ground floor: sports room (exercise bike and weight bench), kitchen, living room, WC, shower room, bedroom (1 double bed, 140cm). First floor: mezzanine, bathroom, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed 140cm) (2 single beds 90cm). Canal du Midi at 10km. Village of brands in Nailloux at 7km. Pets allowed under conditions: additional deposit of 200€+50€ pet supplement/stay.


The price includes: electricity, water, subscriptions, heating, household linen and cleaning at the end of the stay (invoiced in the contract).


The price does not include: sheets: 15€/bed/change and towels: 5€/persons/change, household linen (tea towels, potholders...): 1€/kit
