This holiday villa, 3 persons, 2 ears of corn, 200m from the centre of Montastruc-La-Conseillère, and 21km from Toulouse, houses the gîte with independent access on the first floor and the owners' flat on the ground floor. Large private terrace and barbecue area as well as part of the garden. The railway line is close to the gîte but the terrace is on the opposite side.

Nearby: SNCF train station (200m), Albi (62km), and numerous visits and activities - Buzet forest at 5km (hiking, cycling, golf), Bonrepos-Riquet castle at 6km, Villemur-sur-Tarn beach at 20km (swimming, canoeing...)

First floor: dining room (balcony) with kitchen, living room, laundry room, bathroom, WC, bedroom (1 double bed 140cm), bedroom (1 single bed 90cm and access by a steep staircase to a mezzanine with 1 single bed 90cm, low ceiling height). Oil-fired central heating included.
