Less than 15km from Rieux-Volvestre, one of the most beautiful villages in France, the ViaGarona hiking trail (Way of Saint-Jacques-of-Compostelle), the city of Art of Martres-Tolosane and the Natural Park Regional of the Pyrenees Ariégeoises ! No pets allowed.

Do not hesitate to come and relax near the nature farmhouse 'Aqui Naut' in Montesquieu-Volvestre (13th century bastide). This 250-year-old family farm has been renovated : the refurbished interior offers modern comfort and the facades have kept their authenticity. The outbuildings, a large shed of 200m², have been transformed into a large relaxation area. Behind the house, a small garden (aromatic plants) is available to holidaymakers. The totally independent gîte is surrounded by a 3500m² shaded park.

Ground floor cottage : living room with sitting area, dining area and fitted kitchen, 2 bedrooms (1 double bed of 140cm) (2 single beds 9of 90cm), shower room, WC. Non smoking cottage. No reception after 22h. All shops (bakery, supermarket) accessible to 400m on foot or by bicycle.

The price includes : electricity up to 8kWh / day, water, subscriptions.

The price does not include : electricity according to consumption above 8kWh / day : 0.20 € / kWh, household linen: 15 € / kit / change, bed linen: 20 € / bed / change, towels : 10 € pers./change, end of stay cleaning : 40 €
