In the commune of Condom, we offer this charming little manor house, built in 1880 and fully restored in 2003, with a surface area of 240 m², which can accommodate up to 10 travelers. The house comprises a basement at street level: fitted kitchen with dining area, laundry room, shower room, wc, 1 bedroom with 1 x 160cm bed. Upstairs, on the garden level, a 40 m2 living room with sofa TV area, a fully-equipped kitchen including oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, hob, Nespresso pod coffee maker, fireplace, dining area, small office, wc.
2nd floor: bedroom with 2 single beds (90cm), bedroom with 1 double bed (140cm), bedroom with 1 single bed (160cm), bathroom + shower, wc. A window in each bedroom is equipped with mosquito netting and standing fans. The living rooms are equipped with ceiling fans. You'll enjoy an independent, private, fenced garden of approx. 1,800 m² with a swimming pool (5x10) secured by a cover, a pétanque court and a ping pong table. Enjoy an L-shaped, south-facing terrace of approx. 60 m², part of which is planted with wisteria and the other with an electric awning, and equipped with furniture to make the most of fine weather. You'll also enjoy a self-contained apartment with kitchen, living room, bedroom and shower room. Wifi (fiber optics), sheets and towels included, we're waiting for you!
