A very beautiful private wooden terrace (without vis-à-vis) of 10m² each will allow you to admire the Gers countryside but also the Cathedral of Condom and very beautiful sunsets. Located in a very beautiful wooded park of 3 hectares and decorated with beautiful flowerbeds and rosebushes, the property is bordered by a greenway: cycle and pedestrian path of 20km as well as a path joining the path of Saint-Jacques-de -Compostela offering you many walks! Minimum 2 nights. Upstairs: living room with kitchen area, bedroom with 1 bed 180 and bathroom / wc. Reversible air conditioning - Non-smoking gîte. Possibility of 2 additional people on an extendable sofa bed. Sheets, towels, cleaning, heating and electricity are included. Breakfasts 7.50 € / pers.
