The 18th-century Coquelicorne Manor in the centre of the village of Lombez has been renovated in deference to its history – taking care to preserve its half-timber work and walls in terracotta bricks. This charming holiday home (sleeps 10) with 60-m22 terrace adjoins the owners' home with 3 bedrooms let as B&B. In the large garden there is a pool with a safety roller shutter (10x5 m - 1.30 m deep) to be shared with the owners, pool house with summer kitchen, trampoline and WiFi. On the ground floor you can use the 80-m22 living room with equipped open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge(with sofa bed, TV, Blu-ray player, Hi-Fi) utility room (washing machine), shower room with flush floor shower and WC. On the 1st floor you will find a reading room, 3 bedrooms equipped with queen beds (memory foam mattresses) two with adjoining shower 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. A bathroom and a shower room. Cot and high chair available. The housework and household linen are included in the rental (a € 60 supplement for housework is payable).
