The 18th-century Coquelicorne Manor in the centre of the village of Lombez has been renovated in deference to its history – taking care to preserve its half-timber work and walls in terracotta bricks. This charming holiday home (sleeps 10) with 60-m22 terrace adjoins the owners' home with 3 bedrooms let as B&B. In the large garden there is a pool with a safety roller shutter (10x5 m - 1.30 m deep) to be shared with the owners, pool house with summer kitchen, trampoline and WiFi. On the ground floor you can use the 80-m22 living room with equipped open plan kitchen, dining room, lounge(with sofa bed, TV, Blu-ray player, Hi-Fi) utility room (washing machine), shower room with flush floor shower and WC. On the 1st floor you will find a reading room, 3 bedrooms equipped with queen beds (memory foam mattresses) two with adjoining shower 2 bedrooms each with 2 single beds. A bathroom and a shower room. Cot and high chair available. The housework and household linen are included in the rental (a € 60 supplement for housework is payable).

5/5Le gite est magnifique et le jardin également.
Il est très bien situé dans le cœur du village mais est bordé d'un champs et de la Save donc on se croirait en pleine campagne.
Le hôtes sont disponibles et accueillants. Nous avons passé un excellent we- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour. Le gîte est encore plus spacieux et confortable que sur les photos. La bâtisse et la décoration sont pleines de charme et propre comme neuf à la fois. La terrasse extérieure du gite est bien aménagée et la piscine très propre. Tout l’équipement nécessaire à 2 semaines en famille était présent.
L’accueil de nos hôtes a été parfait également: chaleureux, prévenant, flexible. Nous partagions la piscine et le gîte est mitoyen à leur chez eux mais jamais nous n’avons été dérangé ou avons perçu une présence forte.
