Villa Ventolet

The Villa Ventolet is a beautiful contemporary house nestled in a small hamlet of Carcassonne where you will enjoy both the peace and quiet of the surroundings while being ideally located near the shops and jewels of our region. This villa of 150m2 has all the leisure facilities to spend a stay under the sign of idleness, well-being and relaxation: private covered swimming pool (8x4x1,50), SPA 5 places and Sauna (ideal for cryotherapy), and to complete the panel of equipment a billiard table with three different games (American, Australian and snooker) and an aquabike. On the spot, you will also enjoy a large terrace with garden furniture and a professional plancha to liven up your meals and to spend convivial moments with family or friends. A summer kitchen with the necessary equipment is also at your disposal. Around the gite, all the shops (hypermarket, boutiques, bakeries, restaurants...) are less than 5 minutes away by car. Its central location will allow you to visit all the tourist attractions of the city of Carcassonne: Medieval City, Canal du Midi, Bastide St-Louis, the banks of the Aude or the Lake of Cavayère. Among the other treasures of the Aude, less than 30 minutes from the gite, you can discover the splendid natural landscapes of the Montagne Noire, the capitelles of Aragon, the Cathar castles of Lastours and Saissac or the book village of Montolieu. The Villa Ventolet has a private parking inside the property.

The house is on one level with an opening to the living room with a fully equipped kitchen and a dining table, a sitting area with sofa and TV (access to Netflix and thematic channels). From the living room you have access to the garage with the sauna and the pool table as well as a kitchenette. On the other side of the living room you will have access to an independent toilet, two bedrooms with two 140 beds and equipped with storage. An independent bathroom with a beautiful bathtub, an Italian shower and a sink. A large master suite with a bed 160, storage space and a corner shower room adjoining the bedroom with Italian shower and sink. A second toilet is located on the outside of the gite. Sheets and towels are included, the cleaning package at the end of the stay is extra at 150€. On request, complete baby equipment is available. Our friends the animals are accepted in the limit of 1 only and on good behavior only. Behind the gîte are the vineyards of the AOP Malepère, one of the best wines in the region!
