Cottage located in the heart of a Minervois wine-growing village, a few kms from the Abbey of Caunes Minervois and the pink marble quarries. On site, you can enjoy long walks in the garrigue. Private courtyard of around 50m² with garden furniture and barbecue. The gîte comprises on the ground floor: kitchen, dining room overlooking the interior courtyard, WC, lounge with TV. On the 1st floor: 3 bedrooms, 2 double beds (140 and 160) and 2 single beds. Shower room with WC. Good quality 4G in the gîte.
