This pretty gîte is located in a villa comprising the owners' house and another gîte for 4 people. Each gîte is independent and wooden fences delimit the outside spaces of each. The gîte is on the outskirts of the village of Fa, with a very nice view of the village and the surrounding hills. The beautiful natural setting and fenced area in front of the house is ideal for a return to nature. There are many signposted walks from the gîte. For those who are fond of adventure, you can do white water sports on the Aude, canoeing and rafting only 8 kms away. Fishing in 1st category at 4 kms. 2 adult bicycles are available, swimming in a lake 20 minutes away. The region is rich in culture. You are 20 to 30 minutes from the Cathar castles of Puivert and Montségur and 45 minutes from Carcassonne. In the village of Fa, there is a travelling baker and a small restaurant in the village. Otherwise you will find all the essentials in the surrounding villages. The owners also offer products from their permaculture garden. On request and at an additional cost, as part of the Wellbeing theme, the owner offers a range of relaxation services: Californian massage, stomach and back massage and energy treatments to relieve physical pain, stress and depression.


The gîte is on one level and comprises a large living room with kitchenette and sofa opening onto the private terrace with garden furniture and barbecue. A bedroom with a double bed (140cm). Shower room with WC. Heating package in addition. Parking at the entrance of the property.
