At 20 min from Carcassonne and its famous city, nice gite of character located in the classified village of Caunes Minervois. Many walks are possible from the village including the visit of the pink marble quarries. The Canal du Midi, the site of Notre Dame du Cros, the wines of the Minervois, etc... so many activities and visits that you will be able to practice on the territory. Many restaurants and shops in the village. You will enjoy a small courtyard with garden furniture (12 m²) and plancha. Gîte on one level, including a living room-kitchen fully equipped. Shower room-WC. A bedroom with 1 bed 140 cm for 2 persons, opening on the inner courtyard with garden furniture and plancha gas. In winter, fixed price of 60 euros per week for oil heating. Parking nearby, one in front of the gite, the others 100m away.

Nous sommes tombés sous le charme de ce superbe gîte arrangé avec goût, très propre et où rien ne manque !
Marlène est une hôtesse aux petits soins de ses locataires et n'est pas avare de ses recommandations pour donner des adresses de lieux à visiter, restaurants, balades ....
Le gîte est idéalement placés pour visiter la région.
Gîte très calme. On s'y sent comme à la maison ...
