Le Panoramique

Situated on the banks of the Canal du Midi in an authentic Minervois village, Le Panoramique, as its name suggests, offers you a jewel of the region with a breathtaking view of the Pyrenees and the surrounding garrigue from the lounge. The gîte is well situated as you are only 2 minutes walk from the banks of the canal which you can discover on foot or by bike, you are also a stone's throw from the Château de Paraza which offers wine tasting all year round. Its location offers you the opportunity to discover all the attractions of the region nearby: the beaches of the coast, the City of Carcassonne, Narbonne la Romaine, the Port of Somail or the Natural Park of the Haut-Languedoc. The village has many shops (grocery shops, restaurants). On site, the gîte does not have a private exterior, but it does have a terrace area set up exclusively for tenants who wish to enjoy a meal or a drink while soaking up the charm of the village, moments of conviviality guaranteed! Several public car parks are nearby, and a parking space is located right next to the gîte to unload your belongings when you arrive.


Gîte comprising on the ground floor an independent shower room with a shower, a washbasin and a WC. An open bedroom with a double bed. Upstairs, a living room with a sitting area (sofa with two benches for 2 additional beds and TV) and a kitchen equipped with a combined microwave and grill. All inclusive (sheets, towels and cleaning at the end of your stay). WIFI. Reversible air conditioning on the floor. Secure bicycle storage and laundry room with washing machine.
