Put your suitcases at Château Borie Neuve, a family estate, housed in the Minerva countryside, in
Badens (11800). Nestled between vineyards and scrubland, this farm at the gates of the city of
Carcassonne et du Canal du Midi is the pure product of family work.
Nature lovers and passionate about the elaboration of great wines, we offer you a
warm experience with the flavors of thyme and cicadas.
At Château Borie Neuve it’s the passion for wine and wine tourism: stay in winemakers' cottages
or in guest rooms in our mansion.
Enjoy a landscaped park with large trees, a petanque court and swings for
smaller. On the edge of the park you will find a 10x5 pool to share, with a large
terrace equipped with sunbeds and umbrellas (don’t forget your sunscreen!). To spend and
entertain yourself, also find our fitness area and our game room (billiards, table football, ...).
Breakfast and table d'hôtes are served at the poolhouse overlooking the pool.
Receptions and events: organization of weddings, birthdays or even
meetings and seminars! Without forgetting the country-style guinguette «L'Ostal», its themed evenings
