10km from the Mediterranean beaches, this detached cottage on one level is located in a typical village of Corbières, with shops, restaurants and all amenities. In the Regional Natural Park of Narbonnaise, it is a starting point for many walks marked out between vineyards and scrubland.
The cottage, located in a natural environment, raised and quiet, at the foot of the hill and chapel Saint Martin, has a fully enclosed garden, with parking and private bowling, a pergola terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
You will have a large air-conditioned living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with open kitchen fully equipped, 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people, one with a bed 160 cm and two with 2 beds 90 cm, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The cottage also includes a garage for a vehicle, or to store your bikes, windsurfers or your trailer.
We put at your disposal a baby equipment and young child complete.

5/5Gîte très confortable, très propre et très fonctionnel. Il ne manque rien ni à l'intérieur ni à l'extérieur, il y avait même de très bonnes boules de pétanque dont nous avons profité le soir quand il faisait moins chaud. l'accueil de Martine et Bernard a été très apprécié par tous ainsi que les conseils et les nombreux cadeaux de bienvenue. Nous ne manquerons pas de revenir dans ce gîte très bien situé pour visiter la région si nous revenons par ici. Cordialement. Viviane et Patrick

5/5Gîte hyper propre. Nos hôtes sont sympathiques et accueillants. De plus, ils sont attentifs à nos attentes : documentation spécifique vélo notamment....le gîte est très bien conçu et calme. Franchement notre meilleure expérience depuis que nous parcourons la France.

5/5Très agréable séjour de 15 jours . Nous avons particulièrement apprécié le cadre, la tranquilité sa localisation proche des plages et du massif des Corbières et la qualité irréprochable du gite.

5/5Nous avons passé un superbe séjour en famille avec nos 4 enfants.
L'accueil des propriétaires est très chaleureux, agréable et plein de bienveillance. Nous les remercions pour leurs gentilles attentions.
Le gîte est d'une propreté remarquable et décoré avec soin. Très fonctionnel.
L'extérieur est très agréable et le terrain de pétanque a été très apprécié.
Les jeux et livres ont aussi été particulièrement appréciés des enfants.
Le village est très joli et la mer est à 15 minutes. Une très belle région à découvrir!

5/5Madame et Monsieur Cantié nous accueillent très chaleureusement au sein de leur gîte joliment aménagé, parfaitement équipé et étincelant de propreté. Nous les remercions de tout cœur.
Le Caladoc est un véritable havre de paix entouré de pins et de vignes.
Géographiquement, le gîte est idéalement situé: à quelques minutes des axes routiers (nationales -autoroutes), proche de la mer et le village offre toutes les commodités.
