10km from the Mediterranean beaches, this detached cottage on one level is located in a typical village of Corbières, with shops, restaurants and all amenities. In the Regional Natural Park of Narbonnaise, it is a starting point for many walks marked out between vineyards and scrubland.
The cottage, located in a natural environment, raised and quiet, at the foot of the hill and chapel Saint Martin, has a fully enclosed garden, with parking and private bowling, a pergola terrace with garden furniture and plancha.
You will have a large air-conditioned living room opening onto the terrace and garden, with open kitchen fully equipped, 3 bedrooms for up to 6 people, one with a bed 160 cm and two with 2 beds 90 cm, a bathroom with walk-in shower and a separate toilet.
The cottage also includes a garage for a vehicle, or to store your bikes, windsurfers or your trailer.
We put at your disposal a baby equipment and young child complete.

We will be happy to welcome you to the Caladoc, a pleasant and comfortable cottage, in an authentic landscape between vineyards and wooded hills and you will appreciate the calm. The cottage is totally independent of our home.
During your stay, we will remain available to answer your expectations, and if you wish it is with great pleasure that we will inform you on the numerous sites essential of our beautiful region and that we will advise you the products of the soil and the good addresses to discover !

Deuxième année dans ce superbe gîte très bien situé et au calme.
En prime, les propriétaires, Martine et Bernard, sont toujours aussi formidables et accueillants. Nous avons encore une fois, passé deux super semaines et nous espérons bien pouvoir y revenir.

Un grand merci pour votre sympathique commentaire, nous avons été ravis de vous revoir et de vous accueillir une nouvelle fois au Caladoc. Nous essayons de faire au mieux pour que nos locataires se sentent bien ici, et passent de belles vacances.

5/5Wir sind als Familie mit fünf Personen angereist und hätten uns indies3m gepflegten Gîte nicht wohler fühlen können. Die Vermieter leben in einem separaten Haus nebenan und waren immer ansprechbar, wenn wir Fragen oder Probleme hatten. Neben einem sehr herzlichen Empfang, gab es viele Tipps zu Ausflügen in die schöne und spannende Umgebung (Wanderungen, Katharerburgen, Strände). Zudem waren wir überrascht, wieviel im Ort des Abends los war, so dass wir auch dort viel erlebt haben.
Ideal für Familien.

5/5Le Caladoc est une villa agréable et très soignée dans un environnement paisible. Tout est parfait, mobilier, machines et ustensiles sont de qualité et en parfait état. Martine et Bernard sont très accueillants et discrets. On ne peut pas faire mieux en terme de propreté, merci à Martine! C'est le seul problème ... difficile de restituer le gite dans le même état, à moins d'être une fée du logis!
Un grand MERCI pour ce séjour. Avec les petits-enfants nous nous sentions comme à la maison. Au plaisir de nous revoir et bravo à l'artiste Bernard.
