Cottage very well located in Bages, on the edge of ponds in an authentic fishing village. The site is part of the most beautiful landscapes of the Regional Natural Park of Narbonnaise and rich in flora and fauna protected including colonies of flamingos. The cottage on the first floor offers a view of the ponds and can be seen the Tower Barberousse Gruissan. Small shops and restaurants in the village. Canoe rental for a walk on the ponds. Free access to the municipal tennis court (500 meters). The cottage can be rented with the cottage 1962 adjoining. The cottage includes: entrance hall and technical laundry room that can be used as storage for bicycles and windsurfing. On the floor: a big stay-kitchen giving on a panoramic terrace, 1 room with 1 bed for 2 persons 160 and 1 bed for 1 person in 90, room of water and independent toilet. Parking and barbecue in front of the cottage facing the cottage.

5/5Diese Unterkunft war für uns wie geschaffen !
Der Blick auf den Ľ Tang und den Bouleplatz, die Ruhe dort, umgeben von Natur und eine Unterkunft, die einfach perfekt war..., was will man mehr ?! Als wir ankamen, kam uns sofort Madame Dimur entgegen und nahm uns herzlich in Empfang, das war so super. Wir kaum französisch sprechend und sie kein englisch, geschweige denn deutsch..., es hat trotzdem einwandfrei und nett geklappt..., vielen Dank dafür.

5/5C'était notre 4e séjour au Cabanon cette année 2022.
Le lieu est très tranquille si l'on considère que la seule route des étangs passe devant le gîte ! mais dès 18.00 h , silence.
Nous recommandons vivement et les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
Recommandation : amenez un parasol pour bénéficier du balcon dès le matin ! le balcon est à l'ombre dès 13.00 h...- Cleanliness 5/5

5/5Agréable séjour. Nous avons appréciés la déco du gite. La position de Bages nous a permis de rayonner dans une région que nous ne connaissions pas et que nous avons découverte avec beaucoup de plaisirs.
