Gite located 12 km from Carcassonne and 5km from the Abbey of Saint Hilaire, featuring a beer garden ended about 1000 m². This villa has a large terrace covered with 40 m² with barbecue and garden furniture. In the village you will find a small business and a pool monitored at 150 m from the House. Visits of the many wine cellars in Limoux, Saint Hilaire and Verzeille and tastings with producers possible. The parking is provided before the cottage and garage for bicycles. The features lodging dining from living-room with fireplace, a kitchen, 3 bedrooms (including one closed by a curtain) with 3 beds 90 and 1 bed 140, bathroom and wc independent.     Notre séjour était trop court pour juger ce gîte. Mais, c'est certain, il possède d'énormes potentiels (calme, localisation, confort, propriétaires au top...) que nous n'avons pas pu exploiter au maximum. Franchement à découvrir.
