A large gîte for families or friends, located in a hamlet close to Sigean, 1 km from the ponds and walking routes of the Narbonnaise Regional Nature Park. Many activities are possible in the vicinity for all tastes and ages. The African Reserve is just next door to the gîte. The beaches are close by (about 10 kms) and the town of Narbonne is only 20 minutes away.

A private swimming pool is available from May to September (8 x 4 m) and is secured by a fence, as well as a terrace accessible from the kitchen with a barbecue. Then, on the ground floor: a first bedroom with a double bed (140) and its private shower room, the living/dining room, a small lounge, the kitchen and a separate toilet. On the first floor, 4 large bedrooms, each with its own shower room or bathroom and WC. 2 bedrooms with 2 double beds (140) and two other bedrooms with 1 double bed (140). In low season, a central heating package is required in addition (120€/week and 70€ weekend)

    Nous etions 12 et avons sejourné au gîte 4 jours debut fevrier. La maison rénovée a beaucoup de charme avec les 5 chambres chacune ayant une salle de bain.Une chambre au rez-de-chaussée permet d'accueillir une personne à mobilité réduite. Mobilier pratique et deux réfrigérateurs à disposition.
    Les petits points à améliorer idéalement : fournir un plus grand espace de jeu pour les enfants (ils étaient 5), fournir des serviettes et une savonnette, changer le canapé. Le parking tait relativement proche. L'emplacement général reste isolé mais agréable. Nous avons pu profiter des villages alentours en voiture et avons vu de bons flamans roses. Agréable séjour, nous gardons un formidable souvenir de cette réunion familiale. Bonne communication avec les proprietaires qui font preuve de bienveillance et de flexibilité.Merci, nous recommandons.

    Gde maison un point fort.
    Seul point faible pas de lumière extérieure qui fonctionne ni dans la piscine. Difficile de profiter de l extérieur la nuit.
