18 km from the beautiful medieval fortress town of Carcassonne (Unesco site), 8 km from the Canal du Midi (Unesco site) ideal for cycling, discover our gîte in the heart of the village in a quiet street in Laure Minervois.
Nature is preserved here, and we're in the heart of the Minervois vineyards, making it the ideal starting point for walks and sightseeing.
In a 19th-century manor house typical of the region, discover our spacious 85m² gîte with private 15m² patio terrace, access to the Spa on our large terrace (shared with the owners) which runs from mid-April to mid-October (can be modified according to the weather). Free, secure WiFi.
The 40m² living area features a comfortable sitting area with sofa bed (sleeps 2), television and reading area, and is bright and airy.
The kitchen is colorful and pleasant, with everything you need for cooking: induction hob, fridge with freezer, kettle, capsule and traditional coffee-maker, raclette machine and crepe maker. It opens directly onto the terrace (large bay window with electric shutter), where you can enjoy your breakfasts and meals in the shade of the parasol.
A master suite with bathroom and WC. Recent, comfortable 140x190 bedding, desk, armchair, small storage unit, direct access to the bathroom with large shower, vanity unit and WC.
You'll find a desk and armchair if you're away on business.
The 2nd bedroom has 2 twin beds (90x200) and a storage unit. The gîte has 3 cupboards, and an additional toilet with washbasin.
Spa access from mid-April to mid-October, weather permitting.
We can provide an umbrella bed. A washing machine is at your disposal.
In our village, you'll find a butcher's and cheesemonger's store with a bread depot, grocery store, pharmacy, doctor and nurses. Less than 10 km away, you'll find 2 medium-sized supermarkets with fuel sales and electric car sockets.
Our region is rich in heritage and diverse activities that will satisfy walkers, cyclists and heritage enthusiasts. We're between the sea and the mountains.
