Gite located in a hamlet, in the middle of nature, about 1km from the village of Ventenac Cabrades, near Carcassonne and its medieval city (10km). The site is interesting for mountain biking (base in Aragon at 5 km) and walking with many marked trails in the Black Mountain. Nearby, you will visit Montolieu Village du Livre, the paper mill of Brousse and Vilaret, the Cathar castles of Lastours and Saissac, the caves in the Montagne noire. Numerous lakes nearby. Upstairs, the gite has a private terrace with garden furniture, with beautiful views of the vineyards and the Pyrenean mountain range.
Gite includes on the ground floor: terrace in front of the door with garden furniture and barbecue, living room-kitchen with TV lounge area, 2 bedrooms, 2 bed 160, laundry room, bathroom with corner bath and shower, separate toilet. Access to the first floor by a beautiful staircase open on the living room, and giving on a landing which serves an attic bedroom with velux and 2 beds 90 and the terrace of 22m² with garden furniture. Parking in front of the gite.

5/5Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans ce gîte dont les photos correspondent exactement aux prestations proposées. Un grand logement neuf avec sa terrasse et sa vue magnifique sur les Pyrénées, une très belle piscine avec des coins à l'ombre ou au soleil.............
Un bel accueil de la part des propriétaires, très disponibles et de bons conseils. Un grand merci à Thierry pour ses conseils culinaires et spécialement le cassoulet 😉

5/5Gîte aménagé et décoré avec soin, le mélange d'ancien et moderne m'a beaucoup plu, on s'y sent bien tout de suite. L'accueil est chaleureux et très réactif en cas de demande. De la terrasse, la vue sur la chaîne des Pyrénées est magnifique. Séjour inoubliable..

5/5Gîte très bien équipé, très fonctionnel. Il très bien situé, proche des grandes villes et villages. La literie est exceptionnelle, on tombe paisiblement dans les bras de morphée. Nous habitons à Lille, ville bruyante d'où notre choix à Ventenac Cabardès où nous avons pu nous ressourcer, très calme. La vue sur la terrasse est exceptionnelle, la plaine et vue sur les Pyrénées enneigées. Les propriétaires sont chamants et bienveillants.
