Gite in a typical Languedoc village with all shops, surrounded by vineyards and olive groves. Quiet village, far from the crowd, at halfway between the haut Languedoc national park and the coast, while remaining close to the cities of Narbonne 15 km, Béziers 25 km and Carcassonne 55 km. The beaches of the Mediterranean (Saint Pierre, Narbonne plage, Gruissan) are 25 km, the canal du Midi at 3km. The cottage comprising: kitchen opening onto a veranda with barbecue, dining room with fireplace, 3 bedrooms (1 bed 140, 1 bed 160, 2 beds in 90), a bathroom (shower and bathtub), WC, garage with WC and summer kitchen. Indoor ping pong table. Reversible air conditioning in dining room and corridor. Provided maintenance products, electric heating extra. Room additional possible for 2 persons € 100/sec (in high season and season) and € 60/sec (medium season and low season).
Electricity and heating not included. Meter readings will be taken at the beginning and end of your stay.

4/5Gite très propre, très calme, très bien situé à quelques kilomètres de Narbonne, Carcassonne, Bézier et Gruissan
Les propriétaires sont très accueillants.
Gite à conforter en particulier dans l'électroménager et dans la vaisselle
Attention toutefois aux marches pour accéder au gite et au jardin. (particulièrement pour les personnes qui ont des difficultés à se déplacer ou pour les très jeunes enfants)
Une mauvaise note pour les gites de France : la description n'était pas conforme à la réalité!! Dans la description il était noté "chauffage électrique en supplément " alors que le contrat prévoit uniquement 2kw par jour et par personne. Le prix de base du gite comprend la mise à disposition du gite et d'un forfait de 2kw/jour/personne pour 6 personnes soit théoriquement 12kw. Si le gîte est occupé par 2 personnes vous n'avez droit qu'à 4 KWh alors que tous les équipements électriques sont prévues pour 6 personnes (par exemple le ballon d'eau chaude). Ce qui n'est pas du tout logique. vous n'avez pas le droit au départ d'une réduction sur le prix parce que vous n'êtes que 2 personnes- Cleanliness 5/5
