Right in the heart of the historic centre of Carcassonne, in the "bastide Saint-Louis", discover this charming authentic gîte where you can stay in an ideally-placed location while enjoying a relaxing break. You'll be just a few minutes' walk from all the amenities: bakery, tobacconist's, newsagent's, restaurants, bars, shops, convenience stores to do your shopping, entertainment during the summer season (Festival de la Cité, Féria de Carcassonne, the Magic of Christmas) and Place Carnot, the main place of life for the people of Carcassonne. The medieval town of Carcassonne, the Canal du Midi and the banks of the River Aude are also within easy walking or cycling distance, where you can discover all the city's gems! There are many unmissable sites around Carcassonne to visit: Lac de la Cavayère, the magnificent landscapes of the Montagne Noire and the Alaric, the Gouffre Géant de Cabrespine, Caunes-Minervois Abbey, Lagrasse, listed as one of the most beautiful villages in France. On site, the gîte has its own private swimming pool (2.5x4m), so you can cool off in fine weather while soaking up the sun and relaxing over a cocktail or just lounging around. A private, fenced outdoor area of over 100m2, unique in the town centre, is also available, with garden furniture, pool house and barbecue. Public parking is available in front of the gîte.

Ground floor: living room with sofa, two armchairs, TV and dining table. It gives access to the outside area as well as to a fully-equipped separate kitchen. The 1st floor comprises a first bedroom with a 160cm bed, a second bedroom with a 140cm bed and a third bedroom with a 160cm bed. Separate shower room with double basin. Separate WC. On the 2nd floor, a bedroom with a 160cm bed, a separate shower room with a large walk-in shower, washbasin and WC. A final bedroom with a 160cm bed, TV and private kitchen area with microwave, hob and other kitchen utensils. Services such as bed linen and towels are included. Baby equipment available on request. WIFI connection in the gîte. The cleaning package costs €100 and is optional. The gîte sleeps 8, with the possibility of 1 extra child (€50/night/child, maximum 2 children).
