Au Bois de Mars - Chalet Laprade

In the heart of the Montagne Noire mountain range, ideally located between Carcassonne (30 mins) and Mazamet (15 mins), the Au Bois de Mars residential leisure park is a place of relaxation, well-being and leisure. The site features a magnificent chalet, an unusual accommodation that will delight young and old alike. This Plein Air chalet, in perfect harmony with nature, offers an indoor-outdoor lifestyle thanks to its large panoramic 3-panel bay window and its outward-facing kitchen. Its covered terrace offers a haven of peace, protection and conviviality, and becomes a living space in its own right. If you're a keen walker or cyclist, you'll be well served by the many footpaths that criss-cross the beautiful Montagne Noire. Less than half an hour from the gîte, you'll find a host of attractions: the Mazamet footbridge, the Cité de Carcassonne, the Montagne Noire lakes for swimming and fishing, and the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours.

Chalet Laprade sleeps up to 6 people. It offers a large living space of around 51 m², open to nature. There is a first bedroom with a large double bed (160×200), a second bedroom with two bunk beds plus a single bed, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (beds: 80×200). Lounge/dining area: a 140×190 sofa that converts into a double bed and a table that seats 4 to 8 people. Bathroom: large shower, washbasin, heated towel rail. Toilet separate from the bathroom. Fully-equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor fan, 4 ceramic hobs, Bosch oven, dishwasher, sink, kitchen utensils, crockery, coffee maker, kettle, electric griddle, bin liners, sponge, tea towel, washing-up liquid and cleaning products supplied. Cots and pushchairs available on request. The chalet has a private terrace with garden furniture and plancha to relax or enjoy your meals outdoors. Shared children's play area. WIFI connection. Shared barbecue. Secure private parking inside the property. Pets are welcome at an additional cost. Optional breakfast to be booked directly with the owner. Sheets, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional.
