In the heart of the Montagne Noire mountain range, ideally located between Carcassonne (30mn) and Mazamet (15mn), the Au Bois de Mars residential leisure park is a place of relaxation, well-being and leisure. The site features a magnificent chalet, an unusual accommodation that will delight young and old alike. This Plein Air chalet, in perfect harmony with nature, offers an indoor-outdoor lifestyle thanks to a large 3-panel panoramic bay window and an outward-facing kitchen. Its covered terrace offers a haven of peace, protection and conviviality, and becomes a living space in its own right. If you like hiking or biking, you'll be well served by the many trails that criss-cross the beautiful Montagne Noire. Less than half an hour from the gîte, you'll find a host of attractions, including the Mazamet footbridge, the Cité de Carcassonne, the Montagne Noire lakes for swimming and fishing, and the Cathar castles of Saissac and Lastours.

The Laprade chalet can accommodate up to 6 people. It offers a spacious 51 m² living area, open to nature. A first bedroom with a large double bed (160×200), a second bedroom with two bunk beds plus a single bed, and a third bedroom with two bunk beds (beds: 80×200). Lounge/dining area: a 140×190 sofa convertible into a 2-person bed and a modular table seating 4 to 8. Bathroom: large shower, washbasin, heated towel rail. Toilet separate from bathroom. Fully-equipped kitchen: fridge/freezer, microwave, extractor hood, 4 ceramic hobs, Bosch oven, dishwasher, sink, kitchen utensils, crockery, coffee maker, kettle, electric griddle, garbage can liners, sponge, dishcloth, washing-up liquid and household products supplied.
