Gîte adjoining another gîte (not overlooked) and located on the garden level of the owners' house. Independent access via a lighted outside staircase to the terrace. Ground-floor gîte: living room (TV, DVD player, stereo, WiFi) with fully-equipped kitchenette and sitting area. 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (180 cm), shower room, wc, 1 bedroom with 3 single beds (2 of which can be converted into 1 160 cm bed), crib available on request. Garden furniture. Deckchairs, barbecue, picnic table on shared, unfenced plot. Shared washing machine. Bed linen, towels and cleaning service available on request. Parking available. After booking, please contact the owner for any optional extras. Arrival possible until 7pm (no later). Non-smokers only. Table linen provided.
