Splendid house of character, charm of beams and restored old stones, combining comfort and modern equipment with old family furniture.
6-seater SPA available all year round under the covered terrace.
Ground floor: large living room of 70 m2 including the fitted kitchen (induction hob, pyrolysis oven, microwave, fridge-freezer, dishwasher), living room, lounge area (large screen TV, internet box, hi-fi radio CD).
1 bedroom (1 double bed), shower room (shower, 2 sinks), separate wc. Cellar (washing machine, dryer).
Upstairs: 2 bedrooms (2 single beds, 1 double bed). Bathroom (corner bath, double washbasin), wc.
Mezzanine with 1 single bed, 1 sofa bed, 1 billiard table and 1 table football. 1 cot. Possibility 8 people.
Unenclosed land 3000 m2 (gate on the street side) bordered by a small stream, 2 terraces, one of which is covered with SPA, garden furniture and plancha. Sun bathing.
Heating with fuel in supplement (package 8.5 €/day). Possibility to rent sheets. Cleaning deposit €100.

Séjour de 3 semaines super
5/5Trois semaines pour une cure à Salies, nous avions de l'espace intérieur et extérieur, maison très bien entretenue, très indépendante, excellent séjour à deux, puis 3 la dernière semaine, belles balades autour avec la voie verte et autres villages à découvrir. Gite à recommander!

AGRÉABLE SÉJOUR
5/5Nous avons passé une semaine très agréable dans ce gîte qui a été rénové avec goût. Nous avons également eu la surprise de découvrir les animaux qui se trouvent juste à côté du gîte : les poneys ont fait la joie de nos enfants et petits enfants. Détente assurée avec le jacuzzi dont on a profité tous les jours… Rien à redire également sur l accueil et la gentillesse des propriétaires ! Nous reviendrons avec plaisir si nous en avons l occasion.

5/5Maison parfaite au calme dans la campagne entourée de champs avec des animaux. Poneys Brebis etc..
Un havre de paix qui permet de reprendre des forces avant l'hiver.
Belle ballades dans le pays Baques.
Les propriétaires sont très agréables et discret
