Beautiful independent house on one level built in 2023, in a quiet area 3km from the village of St Pée-sur-Nivelle. The owner also offers a gite in Espelette, G141092.
The construction was made with ecological materials (monomur bricks, lime walls, very good insulation, central locking of the shutters...) for maximum comfort.
Spacious day room with an equipped kitchen open to the living room (fridge-freezer, induction hob, oven, dishwasher, microwave), lounge area (TV), wc.
2 bedrooms (2 double beds) with communicating shower room.
1 parental suite with 1 bed 160, dressing room and private bathroom.
Rental of sheets (€12/bed) and towels (€10/person).
Baby equipment on request. Electric floor heating with aerothermy included.
Covered terrace with garden furniture and plancha. Deckchairs.
Private land of 1000m² (landscaping planned for the fall), parking and carport (2 places).
The cottage is ideally located 2km from the lake of St Pée-sur-Nivelle (swimming, zip line, tree climbing, canoeing), 15km from St Jean-de-Luz, 11km from Espelette and 4km from Sare.

Très bien situé et hameau très agréable
4/5Gîte très spacieux, fonctionnel et lumineux. La terrasse sous le préau est parfaite!
La situation geographique est idéale et permet de rayonner facilement dans les environs. La petite ville de Saint Pee mérite vraiment d'être visitée. Séjour très reposant.- Cleanliness 5/5
