Located on the Lot, Dordogne and Lot-et-Garonne borders, ideal for visiting bastides, castles (Biron) and historic sites. Close to the Gavaudun valley and the Château de Biron, you'll be able to go hiking or sample the regional produce available at the gourmet markets in our villages, depending on the season. You'll also appreciate the peace and quiet, the comfort and the 12m by 6m swimming pool, with depths ranging from 1m20 to 2m70. This gite has 3 bedrooms (2x140 and 1 bed in 160), including a master bedroom with private shower room. An independent shower room, 2 WCs and a 35m² living room-kitchen (equipped with oven, M-O, dishwasher, nexpresso machine, induction hob, fridge-freezer, etc.). Outside, in the entirely private courtyard, you'll find a barbecue, garden furniture and deckchairs. The swimming pool is shared with the owners. An electric hook-up point is available, at a cost of €80 per week. Baby equipment available on request. Pets are not accepted as there is a dog on site.
