Come for a stay in the homeland of the Bastides (medieval walled towns : Eymet, Issigeac, Castillonnes, Villeréal, Montpazier, Monflanquin,…) in the heart of the valley Drop, a river flowing through the south of Périgord Pourpre. Castles, small country houses and old stones are a vivid testimony of the exceptional history of this authentic countryside with a landscape made of farming lands, vineyards, ponds, woods and rivers. This old renovated farm features several buildings typical of Lot-et-Garonne and is located at a five-minute drive to all amenities and at 25 km south of Bergerac. Two draft horses peacefully live in the meadow surrounding the farm house. Stephanie and Olivier welcome you to an eco-friendly renovated barn, a blend of authenticity of yesteryears and of modern comfort. On the ground level: the light-filled living room features a sitting room with a wood stove, an equipped kitchen with a lounge, a disabled accessible bedroom , a shower room with a tiled step-in shower and a separate toilet. Level access onto a shady terrace with a dining area and into relaxing areas of the garden set right in the country. Upstairs, two bedrooms, a double (bed 160) and a twin (2 beds 90), a mezzanine with a desk, a toilet. Bed and bathroom linen is included, beds are ready made up. Underfloor heating and reversible air cond in the bedrooms. The owners live on the property. Bicycles and mountain bikes for hire. Tennis table. Fixed price for heating in the winter.

Très bon séjour!
5/5Très agréable séjour dans ce gîte bien équipé, confortable et décoré avec goût.
Nous avons pu profiter d’un calme absolu en pleine campagne : une semaine de dépaysement total.
Il est idéalement situé pour visiter de jolis villages et châteaux aux alentours.
La piscine a été très appréciée pour se rafraîchir avec la chaleur.
Les enfants ont également adoré les chevaux, leurs petits tracteurs et la balade sur le grand tracteur!

5/5Séjour à la grange des rivières au calme dans une maison très confortable et très bien agencée. Olivier a été un hôte plein d’attentions et de très bon conseil.
La présence des 2 chevaux magnifiques a constitué un plus.

super séjour dans un gite au top
5/5Gite confortable, bien pensé et bien équipé, au calme, avec un très chouette environnement de nature (mention spéciale pour les chevaux bien appréciés des enfants). Il était un peu tôt dans la saison (mi avril) pour profiter de la piscine, mais nous avons beaucoup apprécié les repas dehors, et l'accès à de nombreux jeux d'intérieur et extérieur: mollky, fléchettes, ping-pong...
Egalement un bon point de départ pour des balades en vélo, ou du tourisme en Tarn-et-Garonne.- Cleanliness 5/5

Rustig verblijven in een prachtig verblijf

Wonderful relaxing stay
5/5Just perfect. Wonderful property and surroundings and warm welcome both from Olivier and the horses. Fantastic place to relax and explore the surrounding area. This was our second visit and we would certainly visit again.
