This maisonette is a one-bedroom apartment of around 30m² which has been completely renovated.

It has a private garden of 50m² with Chilean, garden furniture, barbecue and shed. You can park easily in the parking lot of the residence.

This rental consists of:
- a living room with lounge area (TV, WIFI), dining area and open fitted kitchen (dishwasher, extractor hood, induction hob, electric oven, microwave, fridge with freezer compartment)
- a bedroom on the ground floor with 1 bed 140
- a mezzanine accessible by a steep staircase with 2 single beds (attic space)
- a bathroom on the ground floor with shower, wc and washing machine.

For your comfort, sheets, towels, household linen, end-of-stay cleaning, water, electricity and firewood are included.
