On the ground floor: kitchen-dining room, living room opening onto the garden which has 2 terraces. Upstairs: 1 bedroom (2 twin 90 cm beds) and a bedroom (1 180 cm bed). Each has a private bathroom and separate toilet in the bedroom. Access to the cottage by the inner courtyard of the mansion where the parking lot is located. The cottage has a fully enclosed 160 m² lawn to the rear. In a small annexe jacuzzi, sauna and hammam can be booked in addition (50 euros/day). Berneuil has several hiking and mountain biking trails. Bellac, only 5 km away, has all the shops and a recreational aqua center open from mid May to early September.

5/5Beautiful setting, charming hosts.The gîte is very clean and has tasteful, modern furnishings. Very handy en-suite for each rooms and a cute balcony overlooking your own private garden. Perfect for those who love walking, historic villages and peace & quiet.All in all, excellent.
