Living room of 20 m² with kitchenette (sofa bed, 1 single bed), 2 bedrooms (1 double bed, 2 single beds), bathroom area with separate toilet and separate shower cubicle, electric heating. Covered terrace with barbecues, common laundry room. Baby equipment rental on reservation. Swimming pool (open from 8/07 to 25/08/2023) reserved for residents: from 10 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Sunday, Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday - shared opening with the public: every day from 2:15 p.m. to 6:45 p.m. - nocturnal, free swimming pool open to all: Thursdays from 8 p.m. to 10 p.m. Services: media library on site, shops in the village 300 m away, doctor 3 km away. Specific rates for professional stays (contact us). We do not smoke in the cottage. This accommodation does not allow the charging of electric vehicles. Near a small town in the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, this hamlet of 16 lodgings, set in a landscaped and flowery park of 30 ha, is ideal for families with children or teenagers.
