On the ground floor (access between the car park and the living room) by about ten steps, large living room with open kitchen and living room, billiard table, fireplace. In the very south of the department, in the heart of the Périgord Limousin Regional Natural Park, it is by a small road with no other exit that you reach the site of the old small station of Champagnac. On this site 2 lodgings: the Station can receive 14 people, "Le Quai" receives 8 people. Completely independent of each other and not overlooked, Le Quai has just been completed. Its super comfortable layout combines volume and a cozy and warm space. A semi-buried swimming pool (4X6 m) open from April to the end of September (unheated) is being finished. The greenway passes near the site, it is ideal along the 13 km, for walking, cycling and discovering the charm of the hilly and green countryside. : Château de Châlus Chabrol, Tardoire valley, hemp dryer, laundry...
