Located on the edge of a river and next to the forest, L'Eau Vergne is at the heart of a rich ecological environment where everything makes it easy to experience nature, to love it and learn about it. Here, you truly can feel new sensations, new emotions while you walk, canoe, fish or swim. The house offers a spacious living room opening onto a terrace and overlooking the river, a lounge with a fireplace and 3 bedrooms (1 double bed, 4 single beds). Shower room, WC. We'll make the beds before your arrival and there'll be logs to build a good fire. We welcome dogs and friendly animals, provided they respect our place and way of life. Direct access to the river and beach. Sheets are graciously supplied. Electrical heating. Possibility to rent kitchen linen and bathroom linen. House-cleaning provided in option. first lot of logs offered, then in option. Tourist tax in addition. Domestic animals accepted with a deposit.

Une bulle de sérénité et de calme
5/5Nous avons passé une magnifique semaine dans ce gite et ce malgré la météo capricieuse. Les propriétaires sont accueillants et très gentils. Les courgettes de leur jardin nous ont régalé. Le gite est propre, confortable, fonctionnel et les fenêtres isolent bien du bruit de la cascade.
Parlons en de cette cascade: quel bonheur que ce bruit de l'eau qui vous détend et vous calme. L'accès à la rivière est génial ( mais nous en avons peu profité vu la météo). Nos filles ont adoré.
Notre chien a été accepté sans problème et a pu profiter du jardin clôturé.

Zeer ruim vakantie huis
5/5Het huis is zeer ruim met alle gemakken die we voor de vakantie nodig hebben. Het riviertje is heerlijk voor de kinderen om in te spelen ( ondiep en bijna alleen zand). En heerlijk verkoelend met echte hitte.
In de omgeving is genoeg te doen voor uitstapjes.De eigenaren zijn zeer vriendelijk en spreken (gelukkig voor ons) ook goed Engels.

4/5Si vous cherchez un gîte pour vous reposer, vous déconnecter de tout n'hésitez pas.
Le cadre est beau, l'accueil sympathique. L'accès à la rivière pour se baigner est un plus. La région permet de belles randonnées.
La propreté du gîte est irréprochable et la literie est confortable, ce qui n'est hélas pas toujours le cas dans tous les gîtes.
Nous sommes venus avec notre petit chien et avons vraiment apprécié que le jardin soit bien clôturé.
Petit bémol si vous souhaitez télétravailler, pensez à vérifier que votre connexion de téléphone portable soit suffisante, mais il est évident que l'on ne peut pas être coupé du monde sans avoir un petit inconvénient.- Cleanliness 5/5
