In a preserved and green environment, on a large property and 2km du Bourg, Niort to Parthenay, the old stone house has been completely restored. This cottage, unopposed, enjoys a 16 m² terrace, a lawn of 800 m² and a courtyard garden. You can enjoy the pool games of the owners (30 m², prof 1.20 m, shelter tunnel) available from June to September. Large terrace with sunbathing. Jivaro and Ifora, Camargue horses, are at the disposal of good riders (available equipment, paying, on request). 2 boxes and meadows can accommodate your own horses (10th/day/horse, supplied Hay). Downstairs, a pleasant light 24 m² living room with kitchen equipped-living room (wireless Internet), a bedroom (17 m²-1 bed 140), bathroom (wc) adjacent. A staircase, Japanese steps, leads to a 2nd bedroom (16 m²-1 140) and a bathroom (wc) on the floor. Cot, high chair. Restoration with quality materials, coatings lime-hemp, contemporary furnishings. Hiking trails from the Gîte, Golf du Petit oak 2 km (18 holes), water Verruyes 2.5 km (swimming, beach, games and fishing), Parthenay 18 km (medieval town, festival of the games in July, jazz, Romanesque art), Niort 28 km Dungeon, Halles, Marais Poitevin 1 / 2 h, Futuroscope 1 h, La Rochelle and Puy du Fou 1h15mn.

Excellent séjour
5/5Excellent séjour. Le cadre est très agréable. Le gîte est spacieux et très bien agencé avec une terrasse très agréable. Les propriétaires sont très gentils avec un accueil très chaleureux. La piscine a été très agréable même si nous n'avons pas eu le temps de trop en profité. Accès également à un boulodrome derrière le gîte. Accès rapide à Parthenay si vous allez au Flip. le seul bémol serait les escaliers qui ne sont pas très pratiques. Du coup, notre ado a eu l'étage pour lui tout seul et nous la chambre du bas.

5/5Nous avons passé un séjour agréable dans les 2 sèvres . Le logement est très bien équipé et dispose de tout le confort . L'accueil des propriétaires est excellent . Les enfants ont apprécié de disposer de la piscine comme bon leur semble . Merci pour les petits cadeaux , nous reviendrons sans hésiter .
