The old traditional farmhouse, close to the owners' home, has been entirely restored with quality materials that respect the environment, and offers 2 gîtes for 4 people, adjoining and not overlooked.
The "Lavande" gîte has 1 private terrace with garden furniture. To share with the other gîte: semi-buried swimming pool (5m diameter, 1.40m deep), large 150m² covered terrace (10mX15m) opposite the pool, shed with ping-pong table, exercise bike, darts, fireplace-barbecue. Outdoor games: badminton, rackets, bicycles available. Access to the entire wooded property.
First floor: 35m² kitchen-living room, laundry room shared by the 2 gîtes with washing machine and tumble dryer, Bedroom 1 (28m² - 1 bed 160X200, private shower room, separate private toilet). Upstairs: Bedroom 2 (28m²- 1 bed 180X200, private shower room, independent private toilet). Bed linen and towels included.
